The new strategy in a surprising format
At the conference’s morning session, 30 Achmea managers from six countries heard the CEO present the new company strategy. The group needed to familiarise themselves with the strategy during the afternoon session, as they would be introducing it to their employees in their respective countries.
We designed a special game where each round is based on one of the strategy’s key topics.
We created a game room where multinational groups gathered around tables. Each table served as a playing field for every round, featuring the key elements of the strategy. Challenges were presented via cards, which included QR codes to unlock videos and hints. Participants could check their answers via a dedicated website.
Each country delegation received the game in a box, enabling them to replicate the experience with their employees as part of the strategy’s introduction.
